Current gas prices are lower now than a year ago at this time. Though the average price for a gallon of gas rose to $3.29 this week, the national average is still 14 cents less than 2012. In fact, they haven’t been this low before Thanksgiving since 2010. Not only that, but expert Tom Kloza believes that prices could drop to as low as $3.05 in December. These price drops come just in time for the major holiday shopping period.
